This client wanted to add a second story addition on to their small rambler for their growing family. In addition they wanted to remodel the kitchen and move the existing stairs to the center of the home and near the front entry. This would present challenge with a budget that was just enough for a second story addition only. By incorporating some new construction technologies to cut down on labor costs and selecting economic finishes and a little sweat equity we were able to keep the costs in line with there budget. This project was completed in 4 months.
