This project started with the home owner wanting to add 2 bedrooms and bath to the home. We looked at an addition over the garage and out the back of the home and decided to go with the addition out the back. The addition would ultimately include a second floor that had two bedrooms and a bathroom with a stair to the first floor where a new family room and mud room would replace the old porch. The entire exterior would be resurfaced and was surprised to find 3 layers of siding on the 100 year old home.
