This project started as a major renovation. The architect had designed a two story addition which was not meeting the goals of the owners. In came CastleRock and we suggested to the home owners if they demolished the entire home and add on to the existing foundation they would be able to keep their master suite on the main level and expand the lower level to accommodate 3 bedrooms. This could be accomplished for only an additional $10,000. Further more if we donated the existing home to a non-profit organization that would move the existing home that would eliminate the demolition cost of the project. The owners had the plans revised and contracted with us to build their new home.
